I am a native Texan, and I learned the value of hard work at an early age. At 15, I started my first job at Subway making sandwiches. I also worked at some well-known golf courses in DFW, before helping a friend launch a highly successful steakhouse. Those early roles gave me a strong foundation in service and adaptability.

I built my early career in emergency medical services in East Texas, where I gained lasting experience in safety, preparedness, and serving others. I later transitioned into commercial and residential real estate development, and upon returning to DFW, I began what would become a long-term career in facilities management.

For twenty years, my work has included construction project management, creating facilities departments from the ground up, reorganizing and expanding operations, overseeing tactical day-to-day facilities service functions, building and improving relationships, comprehensive vendor management, leading M&A initiatives and post-acquisition integrations, and managing capital projects nationwide.

I lead with a safety-first mindset, focus on team development, strengthen emergency preparedness, and build efficient, scalable systems that help organizations grow and sustain long-tern success in environments where staff and clients can thrive.

Outside of work, I am an avid traveler and stay actively involved in volunteer efforts within my community. My love of travel and service continue to inspire curiosity, resilience, and the ability to bring fresh perspective to both life and leadership.
